Job Description: Job Title: Energy Consultant Intern Role Summary Internship (6 months) supporting energy strategy and technical modeling for client engagements, developing analytical and commercial skills under guidance of senior consultants. Expectations - Build technical and economic models for energy assets and procurement. - Analyze commodity prices, cost optimization, and sourcing options. - Monitor market and regulatory developments to advise client strategy. - Contribute to transactional projects (M&A, due diligence). - Assist commercial team with opportunity research and prospect mapping. - Participate in client and internal meetings, preparing materials and follow‑up actions. Key Responsibilities - Prepare tailored energy strategy materials and scenario comparisons. - Update and maintain energy models; perform first‑level analysis. - Gather and summarize data on market/regulatory changes. - Document and organize findings for senior review. - Support opportunity research and introductory material preparation. - Represent the firm professionally in client/partner interactions. Required Skills - Technical background in Engineering or related field. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Access). - Strong analytical, organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset. - High level of English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is highly valued. Required Education & Certifications - Current university student or recent graduate in Engineering, Energy, or related discipline. - No specific certifications required.
