Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales – Account Manager (Brussels) **Role Summary:** Drive growth of ICT solutions within EU Institutions, International Organizations, and NATO by developing and managing relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teams. Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, originate new opportunities, and achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline targets. **Expectations:** - Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and margin goals. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners. - Accurately forecast monthly pipeline and deliver on commitments. - Collaborate effectively across virtual, cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers. - Lead the full sales process: prospecting, solution design (with Presales/Architecture), proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Coordinate with internal groups (recruiting, procurement, legal) to ensure smooth deal execution. - Develop and execute sales plans to meet growth targets. - Manage partner and supplier relationships to enhance solution offerings. - Maintain up‑to‑date pipeline records and provide regular forecasts. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, service delivery, or project management within EU Institutions (4 years for senior candidates). - Knowledge of EU Institutional procurement processes and International Organization procurement procedures. - Understanding of current ICT trends (cloud, cybersecurity, AI). - Strong verbal and written communication; fluency in English (French or Dutch a plus). - Proven ability to build trust‑based client relationships and influence stakeholders. - Experience working in virtual, multicultural teams; strong time‑management and prioritization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. - No specific certifications mandated; relevant sales or ICT certifications are a plus.
