**Job Title**
Senior Frontend Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design and lead development of developer-facing products (Dashboard, SDKs, integration tools) that enable global, high‑volume financial workflows. Own architecture, code quality, and component libraries, ensuring performant, secure, and accessible experiences at scale.
**Expectations**
- 4+ years of delivering production‑ready, high‑performance frontends.
- Deep command of React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Next.js, React Native).
- Proven leadership in architecture, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
- Strong product intuition with ability to shape UX and guide roadmap.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, reliability‑critical environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the creation and evolution of the Developer Dashboard, SDKs, and integration tooling.
- Architect responsive, high‑performance web and mobile applications for mission‑critical money‑movement workflows.
- Own and expand design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Define and enforce accessibility, usability, and developer‑experience best practices.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions to maximise performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer velocity.
- Design comprehensive testing frameworks and monitoring for uptime and reliability.
- Champion continuous performance tuning, technical debt reduction, and security improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to deliver developer‑centric product requirements and journeys.
**Required Skills**
- React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native (or equivalent).
- Architecture of large‑scale frontends, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
- CI/CD, automated testing, performance profiling, and monitoring tools.
- Secure API integration, familiarity with encryption and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
**Nice to Have** (not mandatory)
- Experience building financial‑grade systems (banking APIs, KYC/KYB, ACH, SWIFT, RTP, SEPA, card networks).
- Knowledge of distributed/event‑driven architectures (pub/sub, queues, streams, caching).
- Background in high‑security environments, fraud prevention, identity controls, and compliance‑aligned design.
- Track record of shipping and scaling fintech/payment products with cross‑border or stablecoin components.
