**Job title**
Instructional Designer Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, production, and delivery of educational modules for the CyMoVe project. Split responsibilities evenly between pedagogical coordination and instructional engineering, ensuring seamless alignment between university‑level content and lower‑level adaptations (CAP to Master). Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality standards while adopting agile, innovative practices.
**Expectations**
- Deliver 50 % of work in pedagogical coordination and 50 % in instructional engineering.
- Produce, harmonise, and structure modules across four themes (cybersecurity, energy management, fleet management, vehicle maintenance).
- Maintain pedagogical coherence and alignment with national and institutional standards.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables within a five‑year regional project scope.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Pedagogical Coordination*
- Coordinate production chain: university teams, secondary teachers, education inspectors.
- Plan, delegate, and track work of multidisciplinary groups.
- Harmonise pedagogical standards, templates, and quality expectations.
- Liaise regularly with inspectors to present progress, refine content, and secure validation.
- Document decisions, produce reports, and manage the module release calendar.
*Instructional Engineering*
- Scenarisational design of Master‑level modules and adaptation for lower levels.
- Co‑create content with secondary teachers, adhering to CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, BUT, and licence frameworks.
- Prepare validation dossiers (objectives, competencies, scenarios, content).
- Produce interactive media (video capsules, infographics, simulations, VR/AR where relevant).
- Integrate content into digital platforms (Moodle, 4H Factory), test accessibility, and facilitate teacher training.
**Required Skills**
- Curriculum design and instructional engineering.
- Project coordination, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in educational technology: Moodle, 4H Factory, interactive media production.
- Ability to translate technical content into learner‑centred scenarios.
- Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with French national education standards and inspection processes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, or a related scientific/technical discipline with a pedagogical specialization.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pedagogical coordination or instructional engineering, ideally in higher education or multi‑partner training projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑institutional training initiatives.
