Job Description: Job title: Software Engineer – AI/LLM Role Summary: Design, build, and ship AI‑driven features for an enterprise GTM platform that powers outbound sales teams. Own end‑to‑end product components, from data ingestion and LLM integration to user‑facing modules, while collaborating closely with customers to iterate rapidly and deliver tangible value. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality code on a fast, owner‑centric rhythm. - Own significant product features and parts of the infrastructure stack, ensuring reliability and scalability for tens of millions of rows of data daily. - Engage deeply with users to understand pain points, prioritize roadmap items, and validate solutions in real deployments. - Contribute to business strategy, especially in refining the sales and pre‑sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain AI/LLM pipelines for processing emails, notes, and call transcripts. - Design and implement new product features that drive measurable business impact. - Conduct user interviews, create prototypes, and iterate based on feedback. - Develop tools to accelerate customer onboarding and data ingestion. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to define feature prioritization and success metrics. - Scale infrastructure to handle large‑volume data and high throughput with minimal latency. - Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards. Required Skills: - Strong software engineering background in languages such as Python, Go, or Java. - Experience deploying and optimizing large language models (LLMs). - Proficiency in data engineering: ETL pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, and message queues. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (K8s). - Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code; experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and customer interactions. - Demonstrated ownership of complex, mission‑critical products and delivery at scale.
