Job title: AI and LLM Lead
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end AI and large language model (LLM) initiatives to translate business strategy into deployable AI solutions across real estate operations, investment, and customer experience.
Expectations:
- Own AI projects from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Deliver measurable impact on productivity, insight generation, or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and compliance with data‑science best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic business requirements into AI opportunities and actionable hypotheses.
- Prototype, iterate, and validate ML/LLM solutions, including EDA, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
- Design and implement LLM‑powered applications (e.g., lease abstraction, memo summarization, tenant communication) with prompt tuning, fine‑tuning, or RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with MLOps and engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and establish technical best practices.
- Communicate insights and recommendations through clear narratives, visualizations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Stay current on emerging AI/ML algorithms, tools, and industry trends; pilot promising POCs.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years applied AI/ML development experience; 2+ years focused on LLMs or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.), SQL, and version control.
- Hands‑on fine‑tuning/integration of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), embeddings, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Solid grounding in supervised, unsupervised, and deep‑learning techniques with robust model‑evaluation practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into business‑friendly insights.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum STEM bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field); advanced STEM degree preferred.
