Job Description
**Job Title:** Maintenance and New Works Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and coordinate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities while managing new equipment and facility projects to enhance production reliability, safety, and efficiency. **Expectations:** - Achieve high equipment uptime and performance within safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality requirements. - Foster skill development and team engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations. - Manage a 3‑person maintenance team: coaching, performance reviews, skill development. - Prepare maintenance reports (cost, schedule, metrics) and recommend improvements. - Lead new works projects—from design to commissioning—improving production assets. - Monitor spare‑parts inventory and ensure proper use of the CMMS. - Update maintenance procedures and documentation. - Establish and track KPIs and maintenance plans. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners. - Develop, authorize, and monitor budgets linked to maintenance and new works. - Participate in internal and external audits. **Required Skills:** - Industrial maintenance management, including TPM implementation. - Project management (scope, schedule, budget, risk). - CMMS operation and maintenance planning. - Supplier relationship management & negotiation. - Knowledge of automation, robotics, and plastics manufacturing. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum BAC +4 (Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent). - Background in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field. - Certifications in CMMS, TPM, or project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
