**Job Title:** Technical Project Leader - Contact Products Line **Role Summary:** Oversee technical innovation, product development, and lifecycle management for industrialized products, collaborating across global teams and operations. **Expectations:** Manage cross-functional project teams; coordinate with international teams in India and Tunisia; require occasional travel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and validate innovative, sustainable product solutions within quality, cost, and timeline constraints. - Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage key design validation stages. - Develop product prototypes in collaboration with operational teams. - Codefy new products and components to generate product specifications. - Validate technical modifications, deviations, and lifecycle changes for existing products. - Estimate costs for new product variants and optimize industrialization processes. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in CAD software. - Project management and risk analysis expertise. - Fluent written and spoken professional English. - Cross-cultural collaboration experience in international environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering. - Junior profiles accepted (recent graduate or early-career); prior technical project management experience preferred. - Occasional mobility required (travel based on project needs).
