Job title Software Engineer (All Levels) Role Summary Develop and maintain scalable, reliable systems that power the core workflows of an AI‑native mental health platform. Deliver high‑quality code quickly while ensuring uptime, observability, and performance, and actively mentor teammates to raise engineering standards. Expectations - Own projects from conception through deployment with long‑term business focus. - Act with high velocity, owning responsibility for quality and delivery. - Thrive in ambiguous, autonomous environments, exploring uncharted problems. - Continually improve systems and mentor others to elevate the team’s engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end production systems using TypeScript and/or Python. - Implement, monitor, and enhance reliability, observability, and performance of core services. - Integrate cutting‑edge AI/LLM solutions to enhance clinician and patient experiences. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship across the engineering team. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value. Required Skills - Proficient in TypeScript and Python; experience building production systems. - Strong system design for scalability, reliability, and performance. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and observability tools. - Experience integrating AI/LLM applications (preferred). - Ability to write clean, maintainable code; conduct code reviews; mentor peers. - Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and self‑directed problem solving. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience in high‑quality environments.
