Deliver high‑quality code quickly while ensuring uptime, observability, and performance, and actively mentor teammates to raise engineering standards. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end production systems using TypeScript and/or Python. - Implement, monitor, and enhance reliability, observability, and performance of core services. - Integrate cutting‑edge AI/LLM solutions to enhance clinician and patient experiences. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship across the engineering team. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value.
