**Job Title** Pre‑Employment Internship – Purchasing Assistant **Role Summary** 3‑month paid internship in purchasing, under immediate full‑time hiring if performance meets expectations. Supports supplier management, order processing, invoicing, and administrative tasks within a purchasing team. **Expectations** * Fresh graduate or experienced candidate with relevant degree. * Demonstrated initiative, diligence, and strong listening skills. * Commitment to measure deliverables and grow into a permanent purchasing role. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and update supplier database and RFQ documents. * Enter purchase orders into the system and track status to closure. * Create and update product specifications (fiches produits). * Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and receipts, then file appropriately. * Handle administrative and logistical support tasks for the purchasing function. **Required Skills** * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Good command of French; English proficiency is an advantage. * Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities. * Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously under supervision. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. * No specific certifications required, but knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.
