**Job Title** Odoo Consultant Intern **Role Summary** An entry‑level internship focused on learning and supporting the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for diverse clients. The role blends technical configuration with functional analysis under senior guidance, aiming for a permanent consultancy position upon successful completion. **Expectations** - Duration: 3‑6 months, with a clear pathway to a full‑time role. - Immediate or negotiated start date. - Progressive responsibility, starting with basic tasks and advancing to end‑to‑end module implementation. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute to client projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct client business‑needs analysis. - Configure Odoo modules (Community/Enterprise) – CRM, Sales & Billing, Purchases & Inventory, Accounting, Projects & HR as required. - Draft straightforward functional specifications. - Execute functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing. - Assist in user training and post‑deployment functional support. - Collaborate with senior consultants on project deliverables. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s to Master’s level education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. - Strong interest in ERP systems and digital transformation. - Understanding of core business processes (sales, procurement, inventory, accounting). - Analytical mindset, structured approach, solution orientation. - Good communication, customer‑service focus, teamwork. - Self‑initiative, rigor, and rapid learning capability. **Preferred Skills** - Familiarity with Odoo (academic, self‑taught, or previous exposure). - Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems. - Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, or Python. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree equivalent to a 3‑year (Bac+3) to 5‑year (Bac+5) university program in the fields listed above. - No mandatory certifications; Odoo or ERP training is a plus.
