Job Description
**Job title** Sales Representative – Bakery (Sedentary) **Role Summary** Drive the sales and administrative cycle for artisan bakery clients in the western region. Support the commercial team, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate product promotions and communication materials while ensuring adherence to the company’s commercial strategy. **Expectations** - Deliver on sales targets set for western artisan bakeries. - Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate administrative documentation. - Ensure compliance with commercial policies (account opening, contract terms, Agri‑Ethique, etc.). - Coordinate in‑store promotional activities and external resource deployment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Organise and support commercial meetings. 2. Update and manage administrative client files. 3. Guarantee administrative reliability (account opening, product range setup, contractual compliance). 4. Process orders and oversee PLV stock management at western mills. 5. Coordinate installation of in‑store commercial animations, liaising with external staff. 6. Act as liaison between commercial and marketing teams. 7. Implement product animations in close collaboration with marketing. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience in agro‑food sector. - Strong organisational and administrative abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work independently in a sedentary sales role. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Food & Beverage (preferred). - Any relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is an advantage.
