**Job Title** Artificial Intelligence Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and configure low‑code/no‑code AI agents using Copilot Studio (or equivalent platforms) to meet client business objectives. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and AI technology, ensuring solutions are intuitive, reliable, secure, and aligned with governance and compliance standards. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑performing AI agents that automate defined business processes. - Translate business requirements into structured AI workflows. - Maintain agent performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and user feedback analysis. - Ensure all solutions comply with AI governance, risk, and security policies. - Collaborate effectively within hybrid (remote/on‑site) teams and communicate progress to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and configure Copilot Studio agents (or comparable platforms) using low‑code/no‑code tools. - Integrate APIs and data sources to enable end‑to‑end automation. - Conduct performance evaluation and optimization of AI agents. - Document solution architecture, workflow designs, and compliance considerations. - Provide training and support to end users for agent adoption. - Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for AI deployments. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in computer science fundamentals and software development. - Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI low‑code platforms. - Ability to map business processes to AI workflow designs. - Basic API usage and data integration knowledge. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities. - Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. - Effective communication and teamwork in hybrid environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
