Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the design, execution, and optimization of CRM strategies for e‑commerce clients using Klaviyo. Develop editorial calendars, craft briefs for creative teams, manage client relationships, monitor performance metrics, and propose innovative initiatives to enhance customer engagement. **Expectations:** - Operate fully remote with complete autonomy. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and cross‑functional teams. - Demonstrate proactive, analytical, and client‑focused mindset. - Deliver high‑quality work consistently and meet agreed deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement CRM strategies on client Klaviyo accounts. - Build and maintain editorial calendars for email and WhatsApp campaigns. - Write detailed briefs to guide designers and copywriters in email production. - Conduct regular client communications (reporting calls, Q&A, status updates). - Track, analyze, and report KPI performance; extract insights to refine strategies. - Identify and propose new CRM initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years experience in CRM or e‑commerce marketing. - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities; data‑driven decision making. - Excellent written communication for briefing and client reporting. - Proficiency with Klaviyo (or similar email automation platforms). - Familiarity with email, newsletter, and WhatsApp campaign execution. - Rigorous, curious, proactive, humble, and motivated attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Klaviyo Certification, Email Marketing, CRM) are a plus but not mandatory.
