Job Description

Job title: Back End Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance server‑side applications for global financial analysis systems. Collaborate with front‑end and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions on the .NET platform, ensuring integration and reliability of mission‑critical services. Expectations: - Produce clean, maintainable code in C# using ASP.NET Core MVC. - Deliver applications that meet performance, reliability, and security standards. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and peers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain web applications in C# and ASP.NET Core MVC. - Design and implement efficient back‑end services in collaboration with internal teams. - Evaluate and integrate emerging database and application technologies to improve performance. - Build and manage scalable, secure database schemas using Azure SQL. - Create detailed technical documentation for systems, processes, and APIs. - Provide continuous technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Contribute to both customer‑facing and internal systems, ensuring high availability and data integrity. Required Skills: - Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Azure DevOps. - Advanced experience with Azure SQL database design and optimization. - Expertise in Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and scalable application design principles. - Demonstrated debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning capabilities. - Excellent technical documentation and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.
