Job Title: Vice President, Marketing
Role Summary:
Lead global oncology marketing strategy for new therapies in NSCLC, ensuring launch readiness, brand positioning, and commercialization success. Build and manage a cross‑functional marketing organization, collaborate with commercial, medical, and operational teams, and drive revenue growth through data‑driven insights.
Expectations:
- Deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy and launch plan for zidesamtinib and neladalkib by 2026.
- Establish a best‑in‑class marketing organization, including product management, digital, market access, and thought‑leadership functions.
- Align brand strategy with sales, market access, and medical affairs to achieve U.S. commercial goals.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, patient‑focused culture within the marketing team.
- Provide strategic revenue forecasting and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand identity, positioning, and messaging; design GTM strategy.
- Lead launch tactical planning across personal and non‑personal promotion, digital, media, congresses, and peer‑to‑peer activities.
- Generate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, local laws, and industry regulations.
- Manage cross‑functional projects, prioritize resources, and report progress at all organizational levels.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain top marketing talent; build talent pipeline.
- Contribute to revenue forecast benchmarks and performance metrics for the U.S. commercial area.
- Travel domestically up to 20% to support promotional activities and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills:
- Over 15 years of biopharma experience, with proven oncology product launch expertise (NSCLC preferred).
- 5+ years of U.S. commercial oncology experience, including data analytics and commercial operations.
- Strong scientific/clinical orientation; ability to translate complex clinical data into business narratives.
- Advanced communication, influence, and presentation skills; cross‑functional stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in multi‑channel marketing for healthcare professionals and patients (digital, media, peer‑to‑peer, congresses, personal promotion).
- Leadership in building high‑performing teams, fostering empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in analytics and operations tools/technologies.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
