Job Title: Vice President, Marketing Role Summary: Lead global oncology marketing strategy for new therapies in NSCLC, ensuring launch readiness, brand positioning, and commercialization success. Build and manage a cross‑functional marketing organization, collaborate with commercial, medical, and operational teams, and drive revenue growth through data‑driven insights. Required Skills: - Over 15 years of biopharma experience, with proven oncology product launch expertise (NSCLC preferred). - 5+ years of U.S. commercial oncology experience, including data analytics and commercial operations. - Strong scientific/clinical orientation; ability to translate complex clinical data into business narratives. - Advanced communication, influence, and presentation skills; cross‑functional stakeholder management. - Proficiency in multi‑channel marketing for healthcare professionals and patients (digital, media, peer‑to‑peer, congresses, personal promotion). - Leadership in building high‑performing teams, fostering empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Proficient in analytics and operations tools/technologies.
