Job Description
**Job Title:** Enterprise Partner Marketer **Role Summary:** Lead and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy for a portfolio of ~20 high‑value enterprise merchants, driving checkout growth, conversion lift, share of cart, and omnichannel adoption through integrated paid media, ecommerce, CRM, and in‑store campaigns. **Expectations:** - Own partner marketing strategy, aligning merchant objectives with company goals. - Act as a strategic consultant to enterprise stakeholders. - Deliver measurable incremental sales and adoption across online and physical touchpoints. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Account Management, Growth, Analytics, and Legal to launch campaigns efficiently. - Provide insights and optimization recommendations that inform future partner programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement annual/quarterly partner marketing plans. - Coordinate bespoke 1:1 partner programs (paid media, paid social, ecommerce, CRM, in‑store). - Manage briefing, asset collection, approvals, and launch readiness for partner campaigns. - Define success metrics, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights. - Establish benchmarks and best practices for enterprise partner marketing. - Support commercial growth by contributing marketing expertise to pitches, joint business planning, and renewals. - Influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority to align outcomes with merchant and corporate objectives. **Required Skills:** - 8–12+ years in marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing with experience in enterprise retailers or large consumer brands. - Deep knowledge of digital channels: paid media, paid social, ecommerce, CRM/lifecycle marketing. - Understanding of in‑store marketing and omnichannel customer journeys. - Ability to lead complex initiatives independently and deliver results in a cross‑functional environment. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or program management are a plus.
