**Job Title** Brand Manager **Role Summary** Strategic, insight‑driven leader responsible for developing and executing brand and portfolio plans, driving product innovation, and ensuring brand growth across retail channels in a fast‑paced CPG environment. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable brand growth in alignment with corporate goals. - Translate consumer, category, and business data into actionable strategies. - Manage cross‑functional projects from ideation to commercialization. - Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Create annual brand plans with objectives, strategies, and KPIs. - Generate and analyze consumer insights, category trends, and media data. - Evaluate product performance; recommend renovations, SKU rationalization, and new launches. - Build and maintain a long‑term innovation pipeline with business cases. - Lead price, pack, and promotional strategy across channels. - Own consumer research initiatives; provide actionable findings to stakeholders. - Brief internal teams and agencies for integrated marketing campaigns. - Track brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, purchase intent, etc.). - Partner with Sales and Retail to develop retailer stories, shelf strategy, and launch materials. **Required Skills** - CPG brand management experience, preferably in food & beverage. - Proficiency with syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Circana, IRI, Nielsen). - Strong analytical and storytelling ability to translate data into clear insights. - Excellent communication, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Strategic thinker with strong project management and detail orientation. - Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications in market research, analytics, or brand strategy preferred.
