Job title: Senior Field Sales Professional Role Summary: Lead proactive B2B prospecting and acquisition for automated distribution solutions, targeting professionals, artisans, enterprises, and public entities. Deliver end‑to‑end sales cycles, from needs assessment to contract closure, driving revenue growth and market penetration. Expectations: Proven track record as an autonomous field sales hunter; strong closing skills and results orientation. Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales within technology or industrial sectors, preferably with experience in vending/automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct active field prospecting, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. - Build relationships with key decision makers across commercial, industrial, and governmental accounts. - Present and demonstrate automated distribution solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs. - Negotiate terms, finalize sales contracts, and manage the pipeline to achieve quarterly targets. - Maintain accurate sales activity logs and forecasts in CRM. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding. Required Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, relationship building, and value‑based selling. - Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and adapt to changing markets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel consistently across assigned territories. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, aBIC®) are advantageous.
