Job Description: **Job Title:** Paid Internship – Automation & AI for Commercial Performance (F/M) **Role Summary:** Support the IT team in leveraging AI and automation to streamline commercial, customer‑service, recovery, and support functions. Execute hands‑on projects to qualify prospects, automate data workflows, and integrate solutions into the internal platform. Produce clear documentation for knowledge transfer. **Expactations:** - Full‑time internship in a digital leasing SME. - Proactive, self‑directed work on practical automation and AI initiatives. - Multi‑disciplinary collaboration with IT, sales, and support teams. - Summarise and document outcomes for broader team use. **Key Responsibilities:** - Test and deploy AI tools for prospect qualification (sector, size, activity). - Build simple, automated processes to retrieve, organise, and analyze lead data. - Identify additional automation or AI opportunities to optimise internal workflows. - Design integration concepts for the internal platform (APLIZ). - Document procedures, settings, and best practices for easy team adoption. **Required Skills:** - Familiarity with no‑code / low‑code automation platforms. - Experience with generative AI, data‑organization AI, or research‑assistance tools. - Ability to create clear, simple processes that improve efficiency. - Continuous testing, adjustment, and optimisation of implemented solutions. - Strong written documentation skills. - Excellent communication across diverse teams (IT, sales, support). - Curiosity, autonomy, and team spirit. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a university or higher‑education program related to web marketing, digital technology, data science, or similar fields. - Prior practical experience (internship, apprenticeship, project, freelance, or hackathon) in automation, AI, or digital optimisation is required. - No specific certifications needed; relevant project or portfolio evidence preferred.
