**Job Title:** Business Development Manager (Temp‑to‑Perm) **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by acquiring new client accounts and expanding relationships within the technology recruitment sector. Leverage proven sales expertise and recruitment exposure to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close business deals. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tech clients. - Demonstrate strong understanding of recruitment processes and technology market trends. - Deliver consistent, measurable growth for the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and engage new business opportunities in the tech recruitment space. - Conduct market research to identify target segments and emerging industry needs. - Present and negotiate service proposals, contracts, and pricing with prospective clients. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up. - Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking functions. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales track record (minimum 3 + years). - Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition services. - Strong interest and knowledge of the technology sector. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: Certifications such as Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or relevant sales/training credentials.
