Job title Business Development & Marketing Manager – 3‑Month FTC Role Summary Dynamic, strategic manager responsible for driving new business growth and enhancing brand presence for a healthcare communications consultancy. Balances lead generation, client relationship management, and integrated marketing initiatives across pharma, biotech and MedTech sectors. Expectations - Deliver measurable expansion of the client base and revenue pipeline within a 3‑month contract. - Position the firm as a thought leader through high‑impact content, campaigns and digital outreach. - Act collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while maintaining strong independent accountability. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline. - Cultivate and sustain relationships with key referrers, clients, agencies and partners. - Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy that boosts visibility and lead generation. - Produce thought‑leadership assets (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, social media content). - Manage online presence ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. - Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns; monitor KPIs and adjust tactics accordingly. - Coordinate networking events, including logistics and supplier relationships. - Contribute to process improvements and internal marketing/business development workflows. Required Skills - Proven experience in business development and/or marketing, preferably within an agency or professional services setting. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to convert prospects into sustained revenue streams. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at creating engaging content and presentations. - Proficient with digital marketing platforms (website, social media, email marketing, analytics). - Organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Self‑starter who thrives independently yet collaborates effectively in a remote, agile environment.
