**Job Title** Reporting & Data Analyst (Mid‑Level) **Role Summary** Deliver precise, executive‑ready dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide clear visibility into investment and portfolio performance, supporting senior leadership’s decision‑making. **Expectations** - Produce timely, accurate reporting. - Maintain high data quality and consistency. - Translate complex datasets into actionable insights. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and update portfolio‑level and CPIC dashboards and recurring reports. - Normalize, validate, and reconcile investment data to enforce consistency and quality. - Develop data standards, validation checks, and reconciliation processes. - Compile executive‑ready reporting packages highlighting performance, risks, milestones, and trends. - Respond to ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests to inform prioritization and investment decisions. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (functions, pivot tables, data modeling). - Dashboarding proficiency (Power BI or equivalent). - Data normalization, validation, and reconciliation techniques. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data storytelling abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related discipline. - 4–6+ years of data analysis and reporting experience. - Public Trust clearance.
