**Job title:** Media Assistant – Intern **Role Summary:** An internship that provides hands‑on experience in marketing, business operations, and stakeholder engagement. Works under managers to support content creation, project coordination, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks across two brands. **Expectations:** - Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing. - Ability to independently produce high‑quality written and visual content. - Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus. - Comfortable with short‑form video editing, visual design (Canva), and social media management. - Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media for both brands. - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients; consolidate findings into reports. - Manage online communities: outreach, responding to messages, engaging followers. - Track and compile marketing channel performance reports. - Support copywriting, visual design, video/reel editing, and PowerPoint deck maintenance. - Localize content into different languages as required. - Maintain and update client/contact databases, website content, and marketing assets. - Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients. - Coordinate project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. - Provide general administrative assistance: file organization, scheduling, note taking, printing coordination. - Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as directed. **Required Skills:** - Digital marketing fundamentals and current industry trends. - Content creation (copy, visuals, short videos). - Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools. - Basic video editing (e.g., Premiere, CapCut). - Data collection & analysis; reporting on marketing performance. - Research methodology across online and offline sources. - Strong written and verbal communication in English (and optional Chinese). - Team collaboration, attention to detail, responsibility, and time‑management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Not specified; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
