**Job Title** Senior Account Manager (Senior Client Partner) **Role Summary** Serve as the primary liaison between clients and creative delivery teams within a flexible agency model. Own client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional projects, and drive account growth by identifying and converting upsell opportunities. Ensure high‑quality, on‑budget, on‑time output across multiple media disciplines. **Expectations** - Deliver consistently high client satisfaction and repeat business. - Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Identify commercial opportunities and translate insights into actionable proposals. - Balance multiple projects, budgets, and talent resources while upholding creative standards. - Foster a transparent, solution‑focused partnership culture. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as single point of contact for all client communication. - Build and nurture long‑term, value‑driven relationships with key decision‑makers. - Select appropriate freelance talent from the agency roster based on skill, budget, and fit. - Oversee multi‑disciplinary creative projects (video, design, animation, events, etc.). - Ensure deliverables meet brief, brand, and quality standards before client approval. - Translate client feedback into clear creative brief adjustments. - Monitor time, budget, and resource allocation; report financial health. - Identify and flag risks, delays, or inefficiencies; implement corrective actions. - Communicate high‑level project updates to leadership without micromanagement. - Own account health, defining success metrics and maintaining account vitality. - Recognize upsell cross‑sell opportunities and convert conversations into new work. - Draft scopes, recommend solutions, and support commercial negotiations. **Required Skills** - Proven client‑management experience in a creative agency setting. - Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. - Talent acquisition and team‑building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Commercial awareness: budgeting, scoping, and ROI discussion. - Quality control mindset with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to negotiate creatively while maintaining momentum. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, evolving project requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications; relevant project‑management or client‑service credentials are a plus.
