Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and maintain software for high‑performance sensor products, collaborating with hardware teams to integrate microcontrollers and electronic interfaces. Expectations: - Deliver clean, maintainable code that meets quality and performance standards. - Participate in the full software lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment. - Continuously improve engineering processes and stay current with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain applications. - Write well‑structured, maintainable code following best practices. - Support implementation, deployment, and performance tuning of software solutions. - Conduct and participate in code reviews; mentor junior engineers. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and technical issues. - Work on projects involving electronics, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and industry developments. Required Skills: - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Proficiency in at least one of C++, C, Java, or Python. - Familiarity with microcontroller development (ESP/ESP32, PIC, ARM, etc.) is desirable. - Knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive learning mindset and enthusiasm for professional growth. - Bonus: experience with electronics or hardware development. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. - Relevant certifications in embedded systems, software development, or related domains are an advantage.
