Job Description: **Job Title:** Back End Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain scalable, high‑performance backend services and APIs for a global feedback‑analytics platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design data access layers, ensure system reliability, and continuously improve product quality. **Expactations:** - Minimum 3 years of professional .NET backend development experience. - Proven ability to deliver secure, reusable code in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. - Full‑time on‑site presence required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement scalable data access layers and RESTful APIs. - Build secure, high‑performance backend components for new features. - Partner with architects and developers to plan, design, and maintain solutions. - Estimate effort for feature development and change requests. - Write technical design documents and contribute to architecture discussions. - Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot issues. - Manage ETL processes, stored procedures, and data extraction workflows. - Participate in feature demos and share progress with the team. - Uphold development standards, CI/CD practices, and best‑practice guidelines. **Required Skills:** - C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework. - MS SQL Server development and performance tuning. - Design and optimization of RESTful APIs handling large datasets. - IIS configuration and performance optimization. - Experience with Redis (or similar caching). - Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation. - Familiarity with configuration management and job execution tools. - Understanding of web application architecture and high‑availability systems. - Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.
