Collaborate with operations and planning teams to translate commercial initiatives into measurable results while monitoring market trends to inform strategy. **Expectations:** - Generate new B2B opportunities in the automotive logistics sector. - Build and maintain long‑term client relationships across multiple European markets. - Travel regularly to meet clients and assess their needs. - Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through market and competitor analysis. - Operate autonomously with a proactive, results‑focused mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect prospective partners (OEMs, importers, distributors, rental firms). - Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations to secure contracts. - Align commercial proposals with operational capabilities and planning. - Track and report on sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics. - Provide market intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in logistics, automotive, or transport. - Strong verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in French required. - Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and presentation abilities. - Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast‑growth environment. - Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; industry‑specific training or licenses considered a plus.
