Job Description: Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – DevOps & Implementation Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise‑scale Kubernetes‑based platform features for a next‑generation AI and data operating system. Own end‑to‑end customer implementations, from architecture to production delivery, ensuring high reliability, security, and compliance in air‑gapped environments. Expectations: - Deliver production‑grade solutions for mission‑critical deployments with zero tolerance for failure. - Drive technical strategy, influence product roadmap, and mentor junior engineers. - Collaborate with technical stakeholders and executives to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop Kubernetes operators, controllers, and related automation using Helm and Terraform. - Design and implement multi‑tenant platform components in TypeScript/React and Python. - Build and optimize advanced AI/ML workflows (e.g., GraphRAG, multi‑agent systems) for enterprise clients. - Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including architecture review, deployment strategy, and post‑deployment support. - Establish platform‑level quality standards, security compliance, and best‑practice guidelines. - Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and autonomous delivery. Required Skills: - Deep expertise in Kubernetes, operators/controllers, Helm, Terraform, and distributed systems. - Strong programming proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and front‑end technologies. - Experience with enterprise‑scale AI/ML frameworks and secure, air‑gapped deployments. - Proven ability to architect scalable, fault‑tolerant solutions under ambiguous conditions. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders. - Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving cross‑functional technical initiatives. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) and/or cloud DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) are preferred.
