**Job Title**
ERP Delivery Manager
**Role Summary**
Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor ERP delivery initiatives across the company’s portfolio. Lead a team of analysts, ensure projects meet cost, schedule, resource, quality, and stakeholder expectations, and support the broader digital transformation strategy.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complex ERP projects on time, within budget, and with agreed quality.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
- Provide clear, data‑driven status reporting to senior executives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive all phases of ERP implementation: planning, design, build, test, training, go‑live, and transition to support.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary teams (business, functional, technical) of up to 7 analysts.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and arbitrate competing demands across projects.
- Coordinate with the senior ERP IT director, product owners, and business leaders for roadmap alignment.
- Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and risk reviews with executive sponsors.
- Establish and enforce project governance, change control, and documentation standards.
- Define and track KPIs on delivery metrics, cost, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and real‑time financial tracking (expenses, forecasts, variances).
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and governance policies in collaboration with cybersecurity and internal control teams.
- Mentor and develop team members’ technical and professional capabilities.
- Champion continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools, and collaborate on PMO initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 8–10 years of senior project delivery experience, preferably in large, multi‑site contexts (Europe / North America).
- Proven track record managing ERP implementations (SAP, Maximo, Salesforce, Tagetik).
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall).
- Expertise in risk, issue, and change management.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and resource management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking and business process understanding, preferably in energy finance, development, construction, or operations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly preferable.
- ERP‑specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) valuable but not mandatory.
