Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Drive superior retail sales performance for luxury skincare brands by leading in‑store account teams, executing promotions, and coaching beauty advisors to meet or exceed sales targets across assigned territories. **Expectations:** - Consistently achieve or surpass planned sales goals in assigned retail doors. - Maintain high standards of in‑store service and product knowledge that reflect brand prestige. - Adapt to changing schedules, events, and customer needs with flexibility and energy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular meetings with store counter Beauty Advisors and store management to review sales, inventory, staffing, and promotional opportunities. - Track and analyze retail sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions. - Coach, mentor, and monitor Beauty Advisors to ensure alignment with brand standards and sales strategies. - Lead comprehensive training and motivation sessions for all in‑store beauty staff, covering product knowledge and promotional tactics. - Sell by example to Beauty Advisors, Specialists, and freelancers, reinforcing brand values. - Recruit, coach, and manage counter staff, maintaining a bench of qualified candidates for open positions. - Collaborate with the Education Team to schedule and deliver ongoing training and coaching for Beauty Advisors. - Communicate results, needs, and ideas to Leadership and Development teams regularly. **Required Skills:** - Minimum of 3 years retail skincare sales experience, preferably with high‑end or luxury brands. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Deep understanding and comfort selling highly priced, prestige skincare products. - High energy level, proactive mindset, and ability to motivate a sales team. - Flexibility to manage shifting schedules, events, and customer demands. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or relevant certifications in sales, beauty, or customer service preferred but not mandatory).
