Job Description
Job Title: CRM Specialist Role Summary: Manage end‑to‑end CRM activities to support sales, drive data integrity, and enhance customer experience. Expectations: 5–7 years experience in CRM, sales support or business intelligence; 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio); bilingual French/English; strong analytical and data‑privacy knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate creation and distribution of service agreements, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities. • Track and manage client processes: reviews, renewals, extensions. • Schedule and assist sales and customer‑experience meetings to ensure superior service. • Lead or join client meetings to design and implement technology solutions and system integrations. • Oversee client‑centric integrations – manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between technical teams and clients. • Maintain the CRM platform: usage, updates, data integrity. • Produce and maintain detailed user guides and integration documentation. • Perform sales‑related data entry and keep an organized filing system. • Extract, analyze, and report sales data to monitor current and future opportunities. • Coordinate commercial activity follow‑up and generate comprehensive reports. • Communicate with account managers to keep commercial activities current and relevant. • Create and analyze performance dashboards for contacts, calls, and visits. • Stay updated on CRM tools, emerging technologies, and data‑protection regulations. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to align client‑relationship strategies. • Participate in sales training to deepen product knowledge. • Execute additional tasks as directed by management. Required Skills: • Proactive, detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, collaborative teamwork. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting. • Hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills: Journey Builder, Automation Studio. • Email marketing expertise: segmentation, automation, A/B testing. • Knowledge of data‑warehouse tools. • SQL proficiency. • Understanding of data‑privacy laws (LPRPDE, LCAP) and data hygiene best practices. • Advanced bilingual French/English. • (Optional) Awareness of the tire, auto‑part, or automotive industry. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Administrator (preferred).
