**Job Title:** Fire and Security Engineer **Role Summary:** Responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire and security systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and warden call systems. Works independently to ensure systems operate to clear standards and that issues are resolved efficiently. **Expectations:** - Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer. - Full UK driving licence. - Professional, reliable attitude. - Ability to work independently and manage workload. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Install fire and security systems to specification. 2. Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance. 3. Diagnose and repair faults in all listed systems. 4. Maintain accurate records of work performed. 5. Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients regarding system status and needs. **Required Skills:** - Technical knowledge of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, and warden call systems. - Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. - Independent work ethic and time‑management. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Valid UK driving licence. **Required Education & Certifications:** No specific educational qualification is mandatory; relevant technical or engineering training and professional certifications in fire and security systems are preferred but not required.
