Job title: Full Stack Engineer – Senior (H/F/X)
Role Summary: Lead developer responsible for designing, building and maintaining a robust SaaS platform that handles sensitive health data. Works across front‑end and back‑end, collaborates with product, design, and engineering teams, and ensures compliance with GDPR, HDS, FHIR and other industry standards.
Expectations: • Minimum 5 years of professional full‑stack experience. • Proven ability to propose solutions, prototype rapidly, learn on the job, and receive constructive feedback. • Pragmatic mindset focused on product value and effective problem‑solving in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and iterate end‑to‑end features for patients, companies, and health professionals. • Build responsive UI/UX components and scalable back‑end services. • Design and implement architecture for front‑end and back‑end modules. • Create and integrate APIs with third‑party systems (HR, health databases, compliance platforms). • Enforce security, privacy, and compliance across the stack. • Participate in agile ceremonies, coordinate with product and design teams, and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Implement and maintain comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E). • Optimize real‑time features (tele‑consultation, notifications) and enhance performance. • Leverage AI for development acceleration, testing, and intelligent feature integration.
Required Skills: • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent). • Experience with REST/GraphQL API design and implementation. • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for health data. • Knowledge of security practices, GDPR/HDS compliance, and data encryption. • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ability to write automated tests and perform performance tuning. • Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus. • Experience with AI/ML integration and prompt engineering beneficial.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or ISO 27001 lead auditor) are advantageous.
