**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop and deploy a secure, compliant SaaS platform for occupational health, focusing on backend and frontend architecture, API integrations, and real-time feature optimization. **Expectations:** Autonomy, teamwork, and continuous learning in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. Candidate must contribute to platform scalability, AI-driven optimization, and medical data security compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop full-stack solutions (frontend/backend) for a healthcare SaaS platform, ensuring intuitive user interfaces for end-users and medical professionals. - Design and implement architecture for secure, compliant handling of sensitive health data. - Integrate APIs with third-party systems (health databases, HR systems). - Collaborate with product and design teams to prioritize and develop new features. - Ensure compliance with RGPD, HDS, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards. - Optimize real-time functionality (e.g., medical video conferencing) and manage critical notifications. - Develop/maintain testing strategies (unit/integration/end-to-end) and improve team workflows. - Implement AI tooling for development optimization and algorithmic solutions (e.g., medical visit matching). **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in full-stack development (frontend: UI/UX, backend: API architecture). - Experience with medical data security standards (RGPD, HDS, FHIR). - Technical competency in API integration, agile methodologies, and real-time system optimization. - Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams. - Problem-solving abilities to address healthcare-specific technical challenges. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Certifications in data security, software architecture, or healthcare compliance preferred.
