Job Description
**Job Title:** Assistant Product Manager – Smoked Fish (Internship) **Role Summary:** Support the Product Manager in managing Labeyrie’s smoked fish portfolio. Contribute to product strategy, new product launches, range optimisation, packaging development, promotional activities, and market analysis within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. **Expactations:** - Demonstrate creativity, curiosity and a proactive attitude. - Work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. - Maintain high levels of rigor, organization and attention to detail. - Deliver quality work within deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in strategic product planning and development of the smoked fish range. - Participate in new product innovation projects and optimisation of existing SKUs. - Support packaging design and production, liaising with factories and design agencies. - Help execute promotional activations in coordination with sales teams. - Conduct monthly and ad‑hoc analyses using consumer and retailer panels. - Contribute to the overall marketing strategy for the product family. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication (French preferred, English useful). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Familiarity with market research panels or consumer insight tools (a plus). - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (Master’s level) with a specialization in Marketing or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
