Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Producer **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile luxury events, managing creative development, production, technical execution, and project logistics. Translate client briefs into actionable plans while overseeing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes. **Expectations:** 6–8+ years in luxury event/experiential production, preferably agency-side. Strong leadership in managing multi-stakeholder projects with expertise in technical production and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee full-cycle event delivery from brief to post-event reconciliation. - Translate client briefs into feasible production plans and budgets. - Own project scheduling, budgeting, and critical path management. - Manage on-site technical execution (AV, lighting, staging, logistics). - Conduct site visits, technical reviews, rehearsals, installations, and de-rigs. - Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders. - Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for timely, on-budget delivery. - Ensure compliance with health-and-safety, RAMS, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout projects. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in luxury event/experiential production. - Expertise in budget management, technical production (AV/scenic/staging), and stakeholder coordination. - Organizational discipline, crisis management, and decision-making under pressure. - Confident client-facing communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in project coordination, risk mitigation, and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel and work remotely/on-site as required. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
