Job Description
Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Role Summary: Contract Recruiting Coordinator responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end interview cycles for highly technical, mission‑critical roles in aerospace and deep‑tech teams. Works closely with the recruiting lead to maintain a smooth, efficient hiring pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across multiple time zones. Expectations: • 2+ years of recruiting or talent coordination in a fast‑paced, in‑house setting. • Proven ability to schedule and manage complex interview loops for technical specialties (software, embedded systems, hardware, RF, GNSS). • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby (or Greenhouse/Lever). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to juggle multiple roles simultaneously. • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to prepare concise updates for stakeholders. • Self‑directed, proactive, and adaptable in ambiguous, startup‑style environments. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate end‑to‑end scheduling for technical interview panels, including cross‑functional stakeholders, executives, and external partners across time zones. • Serve as primary candidate liaison, delivering timely, professional communication and ensuring a high‑bar candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring status in the ATS. • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, last‑minute changes, and process gaps in a high‑velocity environment. • Collaborate with recruiting teams to identify and implement improvements to recruiting operations as scaling occurs. • Monitor and contribute to continuous enhancement of hiring processes and tools. Required Skills: • Recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience (2+ years). • Advanced scheduling and coordination for technical interview cycles. • ATS proficiency (Ashby; Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent). • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and detail orientation. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Independent decision‑making, proactive anticipation of needs, and adaptability. • Familiarity with export control or security clearance contexts is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: • No specific degree required. • Experience with Ashby or similar ATS; knowledge of ITAR/EAR export regulations and security clearance processes is advantageous.
