**Job Title:** Director, AI Enablement
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end AI strategy across the organization, translating technical capabilities into business value. Partner with executive leadership, engineering, product, and strategic partners to define, execute, and scale AI initiatives that drive measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
**Expectations:**
- Own the AI roadmap for both Bullish and CoinDesk, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Deliver high‑impact AI programs on time and within scope.
- Quantify success through KPIs and regularly report progress to executive management.
- Champion AI adoption and best practices, creating governance, metrics, and tooling standards.
- Act as the central communication hub among engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **AI Strategy Development** – Partner with the CTO and senior leaders to define AI priorities, evaluate emerging tools, and prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact.
- **Program Leadership** – Own the lifecycle of AI programs: scope, resource allocation, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.
- **Enablement & Evangelism** – Train and empower engineering and product teams on AI tools, patterns, and workflows; serve as the subject‑matter expert.
- **Governance & Metrics** – Establish governance frameworks, define KPIs, and deliver data‑driven dashboards to track adoption, performance, and ROI.
- **Stakeholder Alignment** – Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product management, and external partners, ensuring clear communication of dependencies and timelines.
- **Operationalization of Innovation** – Translate experimentation into production‑ready solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- **AI Landscape Analysis** – Continuously research and assess AI platforms, frameworks, and tooling to recommend solutions that fit business needs.
**Required Skills:**
- 8–12+ years of experience leading technology programs and delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI modalities (LLMs, generative AI, NLP, computer vision) and their practical application in software engineering and business operations.
- Proven program management expertise: budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and on‑time delivery.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills; ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and measuring success metrics.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with cloud‑native AI services (e.g., Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Gemini Enterprise) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (advanced degree or AI/ML certifications considered an advantage).
- Demonstrated professional certification in AI/ML or program management (e.g., PMI‑PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent) is desirable.
