Job Description
Job Title: Senior Mortgage Administrator Role Summary: Senior mortgage administrator will manage end‑to‑end processing of mortgage applications for high net worth (HNW) and ultra‑high net worth (uHNW) clients. The role requires advanced coordination with lenders, private banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of complex mortgage deals within the UK market. Expectations: - 2+ years of mortgage administration experience in the UK, preferably with HNW and private banking exposure. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Process and submit mortgage applications, ensuring completeness and compliance. - Validate client documentation against fact‑finds and application forms; request missing information. - Resolve issues and escalate appropriately to maintain efficient deal flow. - Liaise daily with lenders and private banks to negotiate terms and gather required asset data. - Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Monitor deal progress, update status, and report any deviations or delays. - Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal audit standards, and data protection policies. Required Skills: - Detailed understanding of UK mortgage products and underwriting criteria. - Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite. - Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with high‑net‑worth lending and private bank processes is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - A degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance, business, or a related field. - Relevant mortgage or financial services certification (e.g., RICS, FCA licensing) preferred but not mandatory.
