Communication & Marketing Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute the communication and marketing strategy for a hospitality and lifestyle group. Manage brand identity, partnership development, social media, editorial content, PR, and event communication. Supervise a small team of full‑time staff and interns/alternants, ensuring unified messaging across all channels and alignment with business objectives.
**Expactations**
- Deliver a coherent visual and editorial brand presentation for restaurants, bars, and hotels.
- Develop and activate strategic partnerships with brands, local institutions, events, and influencers.
- Oversee digital and print content production, including social media, editorial pieces, presentations, and event documentation.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of communication initiatives, ensuring budget compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Mentor and evaluate interns and junior staff, fostering skill development and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and coordinate communication strategy, enhancing group and establishment visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all media, from visual assets to copy.
- Supervise production of print and digital collateral with internal and external partners.
- Conduct market and trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships; track deliverables, budgets, and performance.
- Represent the group at events, activations, and industry gatherings.
- Develop and implement social media strategy; oversee community management and influencer campaigns.
- Produce and edit web articles, brand storytelling, event pages, and press releases.
- Support PR strategy, draft media kits, manage journalist relationships, and produce media analytics.
- Plan and execute concept events, coordinating pre‑event communication, live coverage, and post‑event materials.
- Supervise and schedule work for team members and interns, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in communication (agency or corporate).
- Experience in hospitality, fine dining, lifestyle, tourism, or premium sectors is a significant advantage.
