MESS FAMILY est une entreprise familiale fondée par Margaux Montel et Jean-Baptiste Gravier, mêlant restauration festive et hôtellerie lifestyle dans des lieux à forte identité. Présents dans les Alpes avec La Folie Douce Alpe d’Huez et La Folie Douce St-Gervais-Megève, et Le Sporting à l’Alpe d’Huez. En parallèle, nous développons notre marque hôtelière et de restauration urbaine GRAND MESS, dont le premier établissement a ouvert à Clermont-Ferrand en décembre 2024. D’autres adresses sont en préparation, notamment à Lyon, sur des emplacements emblématiques. À chaque ouverture, notre ambition reste la même : créer des lieux vivants, architecturés, où se croisent voyageurs et locaux autour d’une cuisine créative et accessible, d’un service attentionné et d’une ambiance fédératrice. **Job title** Communication & Marketing Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead and execute the communication and marketing strategy for a hospitality and lifestyle group. Manage brand identity, partnership development, social media, editorial content, PR, and event communication. Supervise a small team of full‑time staff and interns/alternants, ensuring unified messaging across all channels and alignment with business objectives. **Expactations** - Deliver a coherent visual and editorial brand presentation for restaurants, bars, and hotels. - Develop and activate strategic partnerships with brands, local institutions, events, and influencers. - Oversee digital and print content production, including social media, editorial pieces, presentations, and event documentation. - Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of communication initiatives, ensuring budget compliance. - Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets. - Mentor and evaluate interns and junior staff, fostering skill development and quality assurance. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and coordinate communication strategy, enhancing group and establishment visibility. - Maintain brand consistency across all media, from visual assets to copy. - Supervise production of print and digital collateral with internal and external partners. - Conduct market and trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions. - Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships; track deliverables, budgets, and performance. - Represent the group at events, activations, and industry gatherings. - Develop and implement social media strategy; oversee community management and influencer campaigns. - Produce and edit web articles, brand storytelling, event pages, and press releases. - Support PR strategy, draft media kits, manage journalist relationships, and produce media analytics. - Plan and execute concept events, coordinating pre‑event communication, live coverage, and post‑event materials. - Supervise and schedule work for team members and interns, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards. **Required Skills** - Strategic communication and branding - Project management (budgeting, timeline control, stakeholder coordination) - Content creation: copywriting, visual editing, video/photography oversight - Social media strategy and community management - Partnership negotiation and activation - Event communication and coordination - Analytical skills: performance measurement and reporting - Fluent in French and English; writing proficiency in both. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or Master’s (Bac +5) in Communication, Marketing, Business School, or related field. - Minimum 6 years of professional experience in communication (agency or corporate). - Experience in hospitality, fine dining, lifestyle, tourism, or premium sectors is a significant advantage.
