Assistant Manager, Product Marketing
**Role Summary**
Drive product excellence by managing end‑to‑end launches, from concept to post‑sale analysis. Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, Sales, and Operations to build compelling go‑to‑market strategies that translate consumer insights into clear messaging and execution plans.
**Expactations**
- 3+ years in product marketing, brand management, or category management, ideally in beauty or CPG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong grasp of the go‑to‑market process, from ideation to shelf.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data, P&L, and competitive research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear briefs, presentations, and content.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own project management of launches: concept kickoff → in‑market activation.
- Create and maintain product marketing documents (briefs, timelines, GTM calendars, pitch decks, asset trackers).
- Write compelling creative briefs for packaging, copy, and componentry that reflect product benefits.
- Conduct competitive audits of features, pricing, claims; identify category trends and white‑space opportunities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional GTM assets, ensuring alignment with product strategy and retail priorities.
- Execute post‑launch reviews: sales performance, retailer feedback, consumer sentiment; synthesize findings for future planning.
- Serve as internal product expert, sharing positioning insights in strategy discussions.
- Track milestone progress; update stakeholders regularly.
