**Job Title:** IT Development Manager (Software Development Lead)
**Role Summary:** Lead the design, reliability, and evolution of SaaS solutions while guiding the migration from legacy desktop applications. Report to the General Management and oversee a multi‑site, multi‑discipline development team (≈13 members), collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, Support, and Quality teams.
**Expectations:**
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal and external developers.
- Ensure on‑time, high‑quality, secure delivery of software projects.
- Maintain and scale SaaS infrastructure, enforce CI/CD best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and develop a distributed development team, handling performance, skill growth, and resource planning.
- Plan, track, and guarantee project timelines, quality standards, and security compliance.
- Operate and optimize SaaS environments on Linux/Windows/AS400, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Implement and enforce development standards: CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.
- Oversee service continuity, environment stability, and leave management.
- Conduct technology watch in cybersecurity, AI, and DevOps; propose innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Support, and Qualification teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong expertise in complex development environments and modern architectures.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven project leadership across multiple teams and processes.
- Hands‑on experience with: Linux (Debian), Windows Server, AS400; GitLab, Jira, Teams; CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, SonarQube); monitoring (Zabbix, StatusCake); front‑end stacks (Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS); mobile development (Xcode, Android Studio); scripting (PowerShell); databases (MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, rigor, and ability to unite teams around objectives.
- Leadership aptitude with a strong sense of collective responsibility.
**Preferred Extras:**
- Experience with cybersecurity standards (OWASP, ANSSI) or security audits.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and network infrastructure.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML applications.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum Bac+5).
- Demonstrated track record in software development and technical team management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Cloud/Security) are a plus but not mandatory.
