Job Description
Job Title Digital Marketing & Communication Officer (H/F) Role Summary Act as the link between digital marketing and commercial teams, driving lead generation, brand visibility, and internal communication initiatives. Manage CRM data, email campaigns, website CMS, social media, and internal newsletters while supporting B2B sales and employer branding efforts. Expectations - Deliver measurable marketing performance through data‑driven campaigns. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, HR, and operations. - Adapt quickly to evolving digital tools and B2B market shifts. - Maintain consistent brand standards across all channels. Key Responsibilities 1. **CRM & Lead Management** – Update and clean customer/prospect data in HubSpot or equivalent; segment lists for targeted outreach. 2. **Email Marketing** – Create, schedule, and analyze campaigns (Mailjet, Sendinblue, Dolist) to nurture leads and amplify product messaging. 3. **Web & CMS Management** – Maintain company websites on WordPress or Drupal; publish content, optimize SEO, and track performance metrics. 4. **Social Media & Events** – Produce engaging posts, manage interactions, and promote webinars and events; capture post‑event analytics. 5. **Internal Communication** – Write newsletters, update internal displays, and coordinate employer‑brand content with HR. 6. **Event Support** – Assist planning and execution of internal seminars, after‑works, and CSR activities. 7. **Brand Governance** – Ensure all communication respects group visual standards and guidelines. 8. **Content Creation (Optional)** – Create simple video clips and edit footage when required. Required Skills - Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms. - Experience with WordPress or other CMS. - Strong social media strategy and execution skills. - Data analysis with Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning). - Video editing basics (favorite). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset. - Team‑player with collaborative attitude. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Business School. - First‑hand B2B or software‑sales experience preferred (not mandatory).
