Job Title: Digital Support Engineer (m/f) Role Summary: Deliver level‑3 technical support for e‑commerce and e‑procurement platforms, diagnosing complex incidents, implementing solutions, and enhancing support processes to ensure seamless user experience. Expectations: - Provide rapid, high‑quality support for platform incidents and enhancement requests. - Conduct in‑depth root cause analysis, document findings, and drive permanent resolutions. - Collaborate with integration, development, and third‑party suppliers. - Maintain and refine support tools and procedures. - Conduct continuous technology awareness and share knowledge with internal teams. - Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve level‑3 incidents on HCL Commerce, Oracle SQL–based, and punchout systems. - Perform root‑cause analysis, develop fixes, and document procedures. - Work with cross‑functional teams to test and deploy solutions. - Update knowledge base and support playbooks. - Monitor incident trends, propose improvements, and implement best practices. - Participate in on‑call rotations and shift‑based support as required. - Provide training and guidance to level‑1/2 support teams.
