**Job Title:** Industrial Production Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and oversee all production activities for a high‑complexity manufacturing environment producing custom metal enclosures, cabinets, and supervisory furniture for demanding sectors such as aerospace, nuclear, defense, transport, and renewable energies. Ensure timely delivery, superior quality, and cost control while driving continuous improvement and maintaining ISO 9001 standards.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver operational excellence and consistently meet production schedules, budgetary targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Act as the primary catalyst for process optimization, safety compliance, and team development.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with design, sales, and method engineering to secure feasibility and on‑time delivery.
- Own performance metrics, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to sustain high throughput and lean manufacturing principles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize, plan, and supervise manufacturing workflows across cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and painting.
- Manage production teams, assign tasks, and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Coordinate with the method engineering office to refine processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Monitor KPIs (cycle time, scrap rate, on‑time delivery, cost variance) and champion corrective initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with ISO 9001 quality management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, machine standards, and ergonomic best practices.
- Liaise with design and sales to confirm build‑ability, prototypes, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence across the workshop.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven expertise in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership & team‑management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, painting, surface treatment).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and continuous improvement frameworks (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Solid analytical skills and performance‑data driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Certification or training in ISO 9001 quality management, Lean/ Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous‑improvement methodologies preferred.
