**Job Title** AI Assistant Development Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Support the MDRF technical documentation team in designing, building, and deploying an AI‑assistant (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and automation tools to streamline creation of datasheets, manuals, and other product documents. Work with a distributed team of ~30 engineers across 6 sites, delivering a production‑ready solution by the end of the internship. **Expectations** - Proactive learner with strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, remote environment. - Deliver measurable progress reports and meet the internship deadline. - Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze current documentation workflows and tools (Oxygen, Astoria CCMS, FrameMaker). - Define the AI‑assistant’s persona, prompts, and integration guidelines (Git, Copilot, etc.). - Develop, test, and iterate the assistant, coordinating beta‑testing with key team members. - Create and maintain automation scripts/frameworks (Python, shell) to support routine documentation tasks. - Produce status reports on milestones, issues, and resolutions. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops to raise AI literacy within the team. - Document solutions, guides, and best practices in clear English. **Required Skills** - Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and model limitations. - Proficiency with collaborative digital tools (Microsoft 365, Git, chatbot platforms). - Basic scripting/programming ability (Python, shell, or similar). - Quick comprehension of technical documentation tools and workflows. - Excellent written English; conversational oral English. - Strong structuring, synthesis, and documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, or related field. - Preference for candidates with exposure to technical documentation, engineering, or semiconductor products (not mandatory).
