The company kicked off in early 2000s with promotion of the foreign mining software and was able to gain a reliable reputation while working with the leading mining companies in Russia. RJC completed several projects resulted in TEO of mining conditions and reserve evaluation, resource estimation, carried out mathematical modeling of deposits, economic assessment, and other works for more than 100 mineral deposits of various types.

Company headquarters is located in St. Petersburg, Russia, with two subsidiary offices in Irkutsk to cover Siberia region, and in Karaganda to maintain our projects in Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

Job Description
Job Title: OMS Business Analyst Role Summary: Lead business analysis for a new Order Management System (OMS) build in the banking sector. Evaluate requirements, design solutions, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure system success. Expectations: • Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience. • Proven OMS experience essential; Front Office and commodity exposure preferred. • Contract of 3‑day per week office presence, £900 per day, inside IR35. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for the OMS project. • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and proposed system. • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories. • Coordinate with technical and development teams to design and validate solutions. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demos with stakeholders. • Develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure quality delivery. • Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills: • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. • Expertise in OMS processes, architecture, and integration. • Familiarity with banking/front‑office operations and commodity markets (advantage). • Proficiency in requirement‑capture tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio). • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. • PAIB, CBAP, or equivalent business analysis certification preferred.
