Job Description
**Job Title:** Service Delivery Manager – DSI/TSI **Role Summary:** Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of telecom and digital service solutions for key public transport clients (Metro, Bus, RER, etc.). Manage service level agreements (SLAs), drive QoS reporting, and lead cross‑functional stakeholder coordination to ensure high‑quality, reliable service operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable improvement in SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of performance, risks, and improvement plans. - Maintain ownership of contract lifecycles, cost definition, and obsolescence management for assigned services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, negotiate, and update service contracts (SLAs) with transport operators. - Operate contractual oversight during service delivery: reporting, stakeholder meetings, incident briefing, and action‑plan sharing. - Produce and analyze QoS metrics and dashboards; recommend and lead improvement initiatives. - Control change impact on service levels, coordinating operational agreements and subcontracting. - Estimate costs and allocate resources for assigned systems; support budgeting and investment planning. - Alert clients to obsolescence risks, identify funding, and integrate solutions into corporate investment plans. - Foster a collaborative environment among technical, operational, and client teams. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years managing complex IT and telecom systems (wired, radio). - Deep understanding of operations and maintenance processes (supervision, technical support, maintenance). - Proficiency in IT architecture and telecoms design. - Strong analytical, writing, and presentation abilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead cross‑team initiatives and maintain client relationships. - Self‑directed under pressure with stress management. - Valid Category B driver’s licence. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Master’s level (Bac+5) in Information Technology, Telecoms, or related field. - Proven experience in service delivery or operations management. - ITIL certification (preferred/required). - Knowledge of technical integration and qualification processes (advantage). - Familiarity with project management frameworks (advantage).
