Delivers tailored campaigns, automation, and reporting while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Expectations: • Execute deliverables with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. • Serve as a client‑facing consultant, providing strategic guidance, KPI analysis, and actionable recommendations. • Proactively lead project initiatives and internal knowledge‑sharing efforts. • Demonstrate strong communication skills, translating data insights into client‑friendly recommendations. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and segment target audiences for email campaigns. • Create and refine email templates, including HTML coding when necessary. • Set up, test, and deploy campaigns within client platforms. • Design and implement automation and drip sequences. • Perform list maintenance and segmentation. • Write compelling email copy aligned with client objectives. • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend optimizations. • Stay current on email marketing trends and platform updates. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, CMS, production) to ensure cohesive deliverables. • Assist peers with data synthesis, formatting, and proofing under manager guidance.
