Job Description
Job title: Sales Developer – B2B Digital Solutions Role Summary: Commercial professional responsible for driving the growth of the B2B client portfolio and promoting digital management solutions across the market. Works under the Commercial Department to identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored product presentations, and close deals while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting. Expectations: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to retention. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and identify new B2B clients (companies, accounting firms, partners). - Qualify prospects’ needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for decision‑makers. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up. - Record and update all sales activity and pipeline data in the CRM system. - Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and commercial strategies. - Deliver regular sales activity reports to the Commercial Director. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales, business development, or SaaS experience. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities. - Excellent communication, active listening, and customer‑centric approach. - Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven. - Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software. - Understanding of business management processes (accounting, sales, payroll, etc.). - Passion for digital transformation and emerging technologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5). - Any additional certifications in sales or digital solutions are advantageous.
