**Job Title**: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist **Role Summary**: Design, build, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives, including journeys and triggered emails, while ensuring high deliverability, compliance, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate marketing strategy into effective email experiences. **Expectations**: - 2–4 years of hands‑on SFMC experience. - Proficiency in HTML email development with Ampscript, SQL, data extensions, and Analytics Builder. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to segment data, automate workflows, and report on results. - Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Produce and ship responsive HTML email templates across lifecycle stages. 2. Create, configure, and maintain SFMC Journeys, Automations, CloudPages, and landing pages. 3. Segment audiences using data extensions and advanced SQL queries. 4. Test email builds with tools such as Litmus; troubleshoot rendering and deliverability issues. 5. Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders. 6. Work closely with creative, copy, and strategy teams to align content with brand guidelines. 7. Apply technical best practices for email deliverability and governance. 8. Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and documentation. **Required Skills**: - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). - HTML/CSS for email, Ampscript programming. - SQL/Query Activities and data extension management. - Email testing & debugging (Litmus or equivalent). - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.) for asset preparation. - Strong written and verbal communication; presentation proficiency. - Experience with reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and stakeholder collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (preferred). ---
